Fister Stage II Sport Mufflers have an great aggressive tone at hard acceleration, but remain somewhat mellow at cruising RPMs. Built and welded with stainless steel, they are built to last. Downshifting or decelerating at higher RPMs, creates a great burble. All this and NO RESONANCE!
The Fister Stage III Sport Exhaust Modification is done completely internally. Virtually all of the stock piping inside the muffler is removed and rebuilt with 304 stainless to Stage III specifications. They are the lightest of the Fister 993 modified mufflers, with the ceramic coated version weighing in at only 10 lbs (each). They have a very aggressive tone from idle to wide open throttle. Downshift or decelerate at higher RPMs, and they settle into an amazing burble. All this and NO RESONANCE!
GILLET VS BISCHOFF: Mufflers used on Gillet flange cars have a built in “doughnut” on one of the flanges. We will contact you to sort out your muffler exchange to make sure you get what you need.
CERAMIC COATING: Ceramic coating is available for an additional charge to restore the finish of the mufflers and also reduce surrounding temperatures.
HARDWARE: A new hardware kit is included to make the installation as easy as possible.
CORE EXCHANGE: You will receive a $950 refund upon sending in your factory mufflers. Cores returned in core exchange must be OEM and in good condition (not dented, cracked, overly rusty or having internal rattles). Cores must be shipped back within 45 days of delivery or there will be a 15% restocking fee taken out of the core fee. Instructions will be sent to you about returning the core.
