Shipping & Handling Policy

At SOUL Performance Products, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping and handling policies to understand your responsibilities and our procedures.

Shipping Responsibility

SOUL Performance Products cannot be held liable for any refusal, delay, loss, theft, or damage to shipments. Customers agree to indemnify SOUL Performance Products for costs, fees, or expenses incurred due to violations of local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations.

All shipments are sent without insurance or signature confirmation unless requested and purchased by the customer. These additional services are available for a fee. Please contact customerservice@soulpp.com or call [855-486-1400] for more details. Customers are responsible for lost packages that are not insured or sent without signature confirmation. 

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country’s government. These fees are based on the value of the shipment, product type, and local regulations. SOUL Performance Products cannot predict or provide information on these charges beforehand. 

Customers are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend consulting your local customs office or shipping carrier for details on import costs prior to placing an international order. 

Shipping Fees

SOUL Performance Products applies a standard shipping and handling fee to all orders. This fee applies universally to both retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited. 

Domestic Tax Collection

For U.S. retail deliveries, taxes are calculated based on the delivery address, in compliance with the South Dakota v. Wayfair Supreme Court decision. 

By placing an order with SOUL Performance Products, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any risks or additional fees associated with shipping.
