SOUL Performance Products provides the original owner with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for all products we manufacture, covering materials and workmanship for both street and track use. We strive to source and build the best products while providing elite workmanship, and our warranty reflects that.
Should any complications arise, our no-hassle fitment guarantee assures that any obstacles with installation will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. The overwhelming majority of claims we resolve are related to an issue with the installation process, condition of the vehicle, or other aftermarket modifications. After establishing that fitment complications are caused by SOUL product(s) and SOUL product(s) alone:
- You must contact SOUL BEFORE modifying / removing components to allow us to address and accurately diagnose the situation as-is. Use the form below to submit a Warranty Claim.
- SOUL will assess your unique situation and quickly work to determine the cause and expedite a solution.

SOUL Performance LLC under this warranty, in any event, will not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, consequential or resultative damage. Our sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of our product.
PURCHASES FROM SOUL DEALERS
SOUL does not accept returns or provide refunds direct to the end customer of dealers, you must contact the business you purchased the product from and proceed through their return policy.
CATALYTIC CONVERTERS
CATALYTIC CONVERTERS have a three (3) year warranty and are covered except when used with leaded race fuel or any type of fuel additive. Such non-manufacturer specified fuels will damage any catalytic converter and warranty is voided when these fuels and additives are used. Damage clearly evident from tunes not sold by SOUL Performance Products OR from track use are subject to discretion for coverage.
- SOUL Performance Products will repair or replace the catalytic converters once (1) during the 3 year period, or give the option to exchange for a catless / competition equivalent product if available.
SECONDHAND COMPONENTS
Product warranty applies to the original purchaser on record, for the original vehicle on which the product was installed. Secondhand owners can have any possible parts repaired at cost or have the option of a reduced-cost replacement of the same or similar product (requires sending in original component).
COATINGS
Coatings on exhaust tips are covered for one year from defects. Physical damage or any damage incurred from customer negligence voids any warranty claims.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
All products we retail from other sources shall a.) have the warranty provided by the manufacturer or distributor and b.) follow their return policy.
SOUND SATISFACTION
Sound is not covered under any warranty. We will do our best to meet expectations but sound is subjective. There are ways to adjust sound level and character/tone and we will work with you to find the right one for you.
REFUNDS
Refunds are typically processed within 1-5 business day (depending on the speed of the banks) after inspection and communication with customer. For special circumstances, please contact us.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return your order, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST so we can expedite the process and prevent confusion. Contact us to receive an RMA number, which needs to be marked clearly on the package so that we can process your return.
NEW IN BOX
If for any reason you change your mind regarding your SOUL purchase, components that are new in box can be shipped back to us at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of original shipment, and a restocking fee may apply. For customers opting to receive a refund in the form of store credit, additional fees will be waived.
OPEN BOX
If we are unable to resell the item as new, up to a 50% fee will be applied depending on the labor / parts necessary to sell the item as new OR to cover loss as selling as used – the details of which will be explained in full for clarification. An example of this is installation marks, shipping damage, dings, dents, scratches, and any modifications made. Sending photos is always recommended to prevent surprises.
