By pursuing a full system replacement we eliminate the restrictive cat assemblies, the “particulate filters”, and the giant 7 ⅝ connection point to the factory rear muffler assembly. A simple flange optimization to our previous generation GT3 Competition Headers allows us to get rid of the factory 991 gen connection point requiring costly OEM clamps and donut gaskets and utilize a more efficient v-band connection point with optimized flow through headers into reverse megaphones which create a higher pitched exhaust note. From there, the two banks of 2.5-inch exhaust tubing merge into a single 3-inch flow path of carefully calculated length, further tuning the exhaust note toward a higher, more exotic frequency while maintaining efficient gas velocity and flow. Finally at the rear, exhaust gases exit through a digitally engineered, 3D-metal-printed single-tip outlet. Precisely shaped to integrate seamlessly within the GT3 bumper surround, the outlet provides a clean, motorsport-inspired appearance while minimizing heat transfer to the surrounding bodywork.

VALVE REMOVAL – NO CEL

SOUL Valve Delete Modules mirror the factory valve signals to make the ECU think the valves are still plugged in and operating as normal. This allows you to remove the factory valves without any issues.

Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity

Water jet cut flanges are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision

Fabricated using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as a heat sink during the welding process to prevent any warpage
