Even with the 911 GT3’s elite motorsports pedigree, regulations and external pressures forced compromises to be made. Primary tubing length, runner diameter, and merge collection efficiency are limited even in the most purpose-built of applications, and these compromises come at the cost of sound and power. That’s where we come in. For immediate results, addressing the restrictive factory headers is the place to start, and our upgraded headers are built around large-diameter, free-flowing catalytic converters with optimized cast flanges and runners for maximum gains in power, throttle response, and tone from the GT3’s high-revving flat-six. The resulting change is an amplification of the system rearward, a proper emphasis on the flat-six’s sound as intended, and built to withstand aggressive driving in the most demanding environments. Our billet CNC head flanges allow for not only a more efficient transition from exhaust ports into the runners but add extra strength in a high stress area preventing the chances for any cracking from repeated, hard use during track days.

Premium SOUL designed 300 cell catalytic converter with custom specced precious metal catalyst coating and triple metal matrix core

Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity

Water jet cut brackets are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision

Fabricated using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as a heat sink during the welding process to prevent any warpage

Every component undergoes rigorous quality control and is fixture-tested to guarantee precise fitment. After passing QC, each header is foam-packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. New hardware is included.
