All components are proudly built in the USA using mandrel-bent, thick-wall .065″ T304L stainless steel for maximum durability, strength, and performance.  Back-purged TIG welding with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas ensures maximum weld penetration, strength, and long-term durability under extreme conditions. Each water jet–cut flange is manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/-0.003 inches, guaranteeing exact alignment.  We fabricate the exhaust using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as efficient heat sinks during the welding process. This not only prevents distortion and warping of the exhaust components but also preserves fixture integrity. The result is a high-performance exhaust system engineered for precision, longevity, and seamless installation every time.
